Avrupa Konseyi Kış Dönemi Toplantıları

Avrupa Konseyi 28 Ocak 2009 tarihinde yapacağı toplantısının gündeminde, Avrupa Konseyi’nin 1633 sayılı Kararname’sinin uygulanması ve Ağustos 2008 Rusya-Gürcüstan Savaşı’nın insani sonuçları ile ilgili konuları görüşecek.

Toplantıda görüşülecek olan konular Abhazya ve Güney Osetya’yı da yakından ilgilendirdiği için, Abhazya Dışişleri Bakanlığı, 28 Ocak 2009 günü Strassburg’da Avrupa Konseyi’nin önünde bir gösteri yapılmasının mümkün olup olmadığı yönünde bir soru yöneltti.

Bu amaçla bazı grup ve arkadaşlarla irtibata girerek, bir gösteri yapılması gerektiği yönünde görüş birliğine vardık.

Gösteriye destek vermek isteyen arkadaşların 28 Ocak günü saat 8’de Strassburg’da Avrupa Konseyi’nin önünde bulunmaları rica olunur. Katılımcı sayısını bilmemiz açısından, katılmak isteyenler lütfen bize kısa bir E-mail göndersinler.

Session d’hiver de l’APCE : conséquences de la guerre entre la Géorgie et la Russie, situation à Gaza, crise financière mondiale

Strasbourg, 15.01.2009 – La mise en œuvre de lA Résolution 1633 sur les conséquences de la guerre entre la Géorgie et la Russie, adoptée en octobre 2008, et les conséquences humanitaires du conflit seront au centre de la session d’hiver de l’Assemblée parlementaire du Conseil de l’Europe (APCE), qui se tiendra à Strasbourg du 26 au 30 janvier 2009.

Les parlementaires débattront des rapports rédigés par les co-rapporteurs de la Commission de suivi de l’Assemblée, Luc Van den Brande (Belgique, PPE/DC) et Mátyás Eörsi (Hongrie, ADLE) et par la rapporteuse de la Commission des migrations, des réfugiés et de la population, Corien W.A. Jonker (Pays-Bas, PPE/DC), suite à leurs missions sur le terrain.

PACE winter session: consequences of the war between Georgia and Russia, situation in Gaza and the global financial crisis

Strasbourg, 15.01.2009 – The implementation of Resolution 1633 on the consequences of the war between Georgia and Russia, adopted in October 2008, and the humanitarian consequences of the conflict will be one of the highlights of the winter session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), which will take place in Strasbourg from 26 to 30 January 2009.

The parliamentarians will discuss the reports by Luc Van den Brande (Belgium, EPP/CD) and Mátyás Eörsi (Hungary, ALDE), co-rapporteurs of the Assembly’s Monitoring Committee, and Corien W.A. Jonker (Netherlands, EPP/CD), rapporteur of the Committee on Migration, Refugees and Population, following their visits to these countries.

Wintersitzung der Parlamentarischen Versammlung: Folgen des Krieges zwischen Georgien und Russland, Situation in Gaza und weltweite Finanzkrise

Straßburg, 15.01.2009 – Die Umsetzung der im Oktober 2008 verabschiedeten Entschließung 1633 über die Folgen des Krieges zwischen Georgien und Russland und die humanitären Folgen des Konflikts zählen zu den wichtigsten Themen der Wintersitzung der Parlamentarischen Versammlung des Europarates (PACE), die vom 26. bis 30. Januar 2009 in Straßburg stattfindet.

Die Abgeordneten debattieren über Berichte von Luc Van den Brande (Belgien, EPP/CD) und Mátyás Eörsi (Ungarn, ALDE), Ko-Berichterstatter des Monitoring-Ausschusses der Versammlung, und Corien W.A. Jonker (Niederlande, EPP/CD), Berichterstatterin des Ausschusses für Wanderbewegungen, Flüchtlings- und Bevölkerungsfragen, nach deren Besuchen vor Ort.
